All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents, or reference to our company. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional re-delivery charge. Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - CLAIM TIME LIMITS
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.
SHORTAGE
It is the responsibility of you to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
INCORRECT GOODS
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items.We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems.
NON DELIVERIES
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit due to the provision of an incorrect delivery address by you the purchaser.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We carry considerable stock of most merchandise and subject to availability we seek to despatch all orders within 48 hours by Royal Mail for a delivery target of 1-3 days. For orders requiring Special Delivery, next day is only offered for orders placed before 12 noon.
BACK ORDERS
In the event that a product is currently out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we would expect to get your goods to you within a few days or up to 28 days. We do try to alert you of all out of stock items within our site, but at times their maybe an overlap. This is a rare occurrence, but should be mentioned to avoid any disappointment when ordering. You will have the option to cancel your order if your items are not due in stock within 5 business days.

PAYMENT SECURITY
We do not hold or handle any of your payment details, all of our payments are handled by our processing partners Google Checkout or PayPal, we are provided with enough details to complete your order and bring reference to your order should you need us to. For telephone orders your payment details are entered into a payment portal by us and not recorded in any form.
